Founded in 1929 by Mr Thom and Mr Smith in the Sydney Suburb of Woolloomooloo (10 points for any non- Australian who can pronounce that correctly) they grew to become one of the larger manufacturers of sets in the country.
The Tasma Baby series was very popular and the "bread loaf" model pops up regularly.
They also made radios for other companies Genalex, Sky Raider, Stannage even Philips.
